شروط الاستخدامTerms of use

الشروط دي بين إنت وشركة Zema Games L.L.C. («إحنا»)، وبتنطبق على أبلكيشن «دور كمان» والموقع dorkaman.app. لما تستخدمهم تبقى موافق عليها وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. لو مش موافق، متستخدمش الخدمة.

These terms are between you and Zema Games L.L.C. ("we"), and cover the Dor Kaman app and the website dorkaman.app. By using them you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

لازم يكون عندك 13 سنة على الأقل. لو إنت أقل من السن القانوني في بلدك (18 سنة في مصر)، لازم ولي أمرك يوافق على الشروط دي.

You must be at least 13. If you're under the age of majority where you live (18 in Egypt), a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.

تقدر تلعب كضيف أو تعمل حساب بالإيميل أو Apple أو Google. إنت مسؤول عن اللي بيحصل من حسابك، فحافظ على الإيميل والموبايل اللي بتدخل بيهم. متعملش حساب باسم حد تاني، ومتبيعش ولا تدّي حسابك لحد.

You can play as a guest or create an account with email, Apple or Google. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep the email and phone you sign in with safe. Don't create an account in someone else's name, and don't sell or hand over your account.

دور كمان دلوقتي في بيتا مقفولة على iOS عن طريق TestFlight. يعني فيه حاجات ممكن تبوظ، تتغيّر، أو تختفي، والخدمة ممكن تقف أحياناً. بنشكرك لو بلّغتنا عن أي مشكلة — وأي اقتراح تبعتهولنا نقدر نستخدمه من غير أي التزام ناحيتك.

Dor Kaman is currently in a closed beta on iOS through TestFlight. Things may break, change or disappear, and the service may sometimes be down. Thank you for reporting problems — and any suggestion you send us, we may use without any obligation to you.

الأسامي والشات والباقات والأسئلة والمواضيع اللي بتكتبها للذكاء الاصطناعي كلها «محتوى بتاعك». ممنوع يكون فيه:

• شتيمة موجّهة، تنمّر، تهديد، أو تحريض ضد حد أو ضد دين أو جنسية أو لون أو نوع.
• محتوى جنسي، أو أي حاجة فيها أطفال بشكل غير لائق.
• بيانات شخصية لحد تاني (أرقام، عناوين، صور) أو انتحال شخصية حد.
• إعلانات أو سبام أو لينكات مش مطلوبة.
• أي حاجة مخالفة للقانون أو بتتعدّى على حقوق حد.

الهوست يقدر يكتم أي حد في الأوضة، وإنت تقدر تبلّغ عن أي رسالة وتحظر صاحبها. إحنا نقدر نشيل أي محتوى، نوقف أو نمسح أي حساب بيكسر القواعد دي، من غير إنذار لو الموضوع خطير.

Names, chat, packs, questions and the themes you give the AI are all "your content". None of it may include:

• Targeted abuse, bullying, threats, or hate against anyone or against a religion, nationality, colour or gender.
• Sexual content, or anything involving children inappropriately.
• Other people's personal information (numbers, addresses, photos), or impersonating someone.
• Ads, spam or unwanted links.
• Anything illegal or that infringes someone else's rights.

The host can mute anyone in the room, and you can report any line and block its sender. We may remove any content and suspend or delete any account that breaks these rules — without warning when it's serious.

المحتوى اللي بتعمله بيفضل بتاعك. بس إنت بتدّينا إذن — غير حصري، في كل العالم، ومن غير مقابل — إننا نحفظه ونعرضه ونشغّله جوه الخدمة عشان اللعبة تشتغل (مثلاً نعرض اسمك للّي معاك في الأوضة، ونلعّب باقاتك في أوضك).

«سؤالك في اللعبة»: لما تبعت سؤال، إنت بتسمحلنا نراجعه ونعدّله وننشره لكل اللاعيبة في باقات الأسئلة، من غير ما نذكر اسمك، حتى لو مسحت حسابك بعد كده.

إنت بتأكد إن من حقك تبعت المحتوى ده، وإنه مش مخالف للقواعد اللي فوق.

Content you create stays yours. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, show and run it inside the service so the game works (for example, showing your name to the people in your room, and playing your packs in your rooms).

"Your question in the game": when you submit a question, you let us review, edit and publish it to all players in the question packs, without naming you, even if you later delete your account.

You confirm you have the right to submit that content, and that it follows the rules above.

باقات الذكاء الاصطناعي بتتعمل أوتوماتيك بنموذج من شركة تانية. ممكن تطلع فيها معلومة غلط، أو حاجة غريبة، أو مش مناسبة، رغم الفلتر اللي بنستخدمه. راجع الباقة قبل ما تلعبها مع الناس، ومتكتبش بيانات شخصية في الموضوع. عدد الباقات المجانية محدود وممكن يتغيّر.

AI packs are generated automatically by a third-party model. Despite the filter we use, they may contain wrong facts, odd or unsuitable items. Look a pack over before playing it with people, and don't put personal information in a theme. The number of free packs is limited and may change.

العملات (Coins) عملة افتراضية جوه اللعبة: بتتكسب باللعب، ومالهاش أي قيمة بالفلوس، ومينفعش تتباع أو تتحوّل لفلوس أو تتنقل لحساب تاني. نقدر نغيّر طريقة كسبها وصرفها. لو الحساب اتمسح، العملات بتتمسح معاه.

Coins are a virtual in-game currency: earned by playing, with no money value, and they can't be sold, cashed out or moved to another account. We may change how they're earned and spent. If an account is deleted, its coins go with it.

متحاولش تغش، تهكّر، تفك الأبلكيشن أو تعدّله، تضغط على السيرفرات أو الريلاي، تسحب بيانات بشكل آلي، أو تلف حوالين الحظر أو حدود الطلبات. العب في مكان آمن — وخلي بالك من الموبايل وإنتم بتعدّوه لبعض.

Don't try to cheat, hack, reverse-engineer or modify the app, overload the servers or the relay, scrape data automatically, or get around bans or rate limits. Play somewhere safe — and mind the phone when you pass it around.

الأبلكيشن، اسم «دور كمان» واللوجو، الشخصيات، الرسومات، والأسئلة اللي عملناها، بتاعة Zema Games L.L.C. أو اللي مدّينا الحق فيها. بنديك رخصة شخصية، غير تجارية، وممكن نلغيها، إنك تستخدم الأبلكيشن على أجهزتك.

The app, the Dor Kaman name and logo, the characters, the artwork and the questions we wrote belong to Zema Games L.L.C. or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-commercial, revocable licence to use the app on your devices.

لو نزّلت الأبلكيشن من Apple (App Store أو TestFlight): الشروط دي بينك وبيننا إحنا، مش Apple. Apple مش مسؤولة عن الأبلكيشن ولا صيانته ولا دعمه ولا أي مطالبات بخصوصه، ولو فيه ادعاء إن الأبلكيشن بيتعدّى على حقوق حد فإحنا المسؤولين مش Apple. Apple وشركاتها التابعة مستفيدين من الشروط دي ويقدروا يطبّقوها. لازم كمان تلتزم بشروط المتجر وبشروط أي خدمة بتدخل بيها (Apple أو Google). ومتستخدمش الأبلكيشن لو إنت في بلد عليه حظر أمريكي أو على قوايم الممنوعين.

If you got the app from Apple (the App Store or TestFlight): these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its maintenance or support, or any claims about it, and if someone claims the app infringes their rights, we — not Apple — are responsible. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You must also follow the store's terms and the terms of any service you sign in with (Apple or Google). Don't use the app if you're in a country under a US embargo or on a restricted-party list.

بنقدّم الخدمة «زي ما هي» و«حسب المتاح». مش بنضمن إنها هتشتغل على طول من غير أعطال، ولا إن كل الأسئلة والإجابات صح 100%، ولا إن الاتصال على الواي فاي أو الأونلاين هيفضل ثابت.

في أقصى حدود القانون: مش هنكون مسؤولين عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة (زي ضياع بيانات أو عملات أو نتايج)، ومسؤوليتنا كلها ناحيتك مش هتزيد عن المبلغ اللي دفعته لنا في الـ 12 شهر اللي قبل المطالبة، لو دفعت حاجة. ده مش بيلغي أي حق ليك كمستهلك القانون مش بيسمح بإلغاؤه.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee it will always work without faults, that every question and answer is 100% right, or that the Wi-Fi or online connection will stay steady.

To the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service (such as lost data, coins or results), and our total liability to you won't exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if anything. This doesn't remove any consumer right that the law doesn't allow to be removed.

تقدر توقف استخدام الخدمة وتمسح حسابك في أي وقت (إزاي). وإحنا نقدر نوقف أو ننهي وصولك لو كسرت الشروط دي أو لو لازم عشان أمان اللاعيبة، ونقدر نوقف الخدمة كلها — ولو حصل كده هنقولك قبلها بفترة معقولة لو نقدر.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or when players' safety requires it, and we may shut the service down — in which case we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

الشروط دي بيحكمها قانون جمهورية مصر العربية، وأي نزاع بيكون قدام محاكم القاهرة، من غير ما ده يلغي حقوقك كمستهلك في بلدك. لو فيه اختلاف بين النسخة العربي والإنجليزي، النسخة العربي هي اللي بتتطبّق.

لما نغيّر الشروط بنحدّث التاريخ اللي فوق، ولو التغيير كبير هنقولك في الأبلكيشن قبلها. لو كمّلت تستخدم الخدمة بعد التغيير تبقى موافق عليه.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute goes before the courts of Cairo, without removing any consumer rights you have where you live. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version applies.

When we change the terms we update the date at the top, and if a change is significant we'll tell you in the app beforehand. Carrying on using the service after a change means you accept it.
